I would say the worst place that we have rented from.... the manager acts like your buddy but she is full of it....They will not give you back your deposit and will try to charge you for whatever they can.... Currently speaking with lawyers over supposed charges for repairs that they made after we moved out...... in reality they are trying to charge people that are moving out $1000 to upgrade their floors from carpet to hard wood... Don't rent from these people they are the most greedy company that we have ever rented from.
Well maintained yes, repairs good and fast. Management...lacking. I'm so glad to be out of here its unreal. If you have people that bother you...don't plan on anything happening or getting taken care of..and 60 day move out notice...what a damn joke. One star for this hell hole..
This is a very well ran place! I can honestly say that when l have called the Office for any mantainence request, they have responded the same day. I fell in love with it right off because of how quiet it is and well taken care of. I went and looked at several Apartments in Waxahachie before I came to these and the Manager at Colony Townhouse is the only one that acted like were important, she was so nice and answered all of our questions. I saw that someone wrote about the trees the Apartments that are dying, I asked the Manager about this and also have seen them working really hard on taken care of the problem. That is NOT the Managers fault, If you want to blame someone blame Nature - There was several places that has the same problem. It's because we didn't have a cold enough Winter in Texas last year and several places were suffering as well. This owner should fire his employees! RUN, RUN, RUN!! except maint man! Can't begin to tell you in min amount of words here. Negative Star! review! Had to put one, or they would not let me continue.
The only reason I gave the complex even one star is because the complex is kept up and maintained. The maintenance guy is second to none. However, no matter how much I liked the complex, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. First of all, I was told the spa was heated. This is a complete lie. I kept asking to turn it on and everytime I did, a different story was given. Can't they just tell the truth. They didn't want to pay for the gas to heat it.
