Before I actually used them for the purchase of new tires, I stopped by one day knowing something was going on with my tires - friendly and helpful, put air in and got me on my way. Later came back for balancing and they handled that in a breeze! I’ve now had tires put in twice. They get me in the next day, help with the pricing and always super friendly and helpful. Thank you!
My wheel well retainer clip broke and the wheel well was rubbing on my tire. I pulled into a gas station and I, along with my son, were trying to figure out how to fix it when Joey with Colony Tire pulled over to where we were parked. He immediately got on the ground to inspect the tire and wheel well. Joey went into the gas station to see if they sold zip ties (they didn’t) and then he was able to pull a clip from the right side to secure the left side so I could get home. Excellent customer service!!
Sent my son here for an appointment for tires and an oil change. First day forgot to order tires so he had to go back the following day. Got his tires and was charged 40 bucks more than quoted. He was also told they could not change the oil because tech could not get the hood up. When I got home the hood was open and my son drove all the way home with an open hood. I checked the hood and seemed to open and close fine with no effort. They wasted two days of his time and now he will have to go elsewhere to get an oil change.
