The level of tire service and quality of customer service at Colony Tire in Kingsport, Tn was beyond excellent. We were traveling and experienced a flat tire and were able to make it to Colony tire on our "doughnut". The staff was present when we went in, and they were immediately friendly and able to offer help. They fixed the tire immediately and we were able to get on the road swiftly and confidently. In Dec 2020, had my own tractor tire mounted on rim including stem. Today had two of my own smaller tractor tires mounted on rims, price INCREASED 62% per tire.
