Someone needs to do something about the roaches at china max please its really bad
If there wasn't a movie theater I would hardly frequent the mall,it needs a bigger toy store,another arcade like the tilt,and more options in the food court.
I feel that a gun free zone is unsafe, the mall has no way to protect you Just look at mall security does that makes you safe from a shooter like at the burger king in South Zanesville
Your Wifi doesn't work. At all. Not even a little bit. It's almost pointless to put up signs saying you have "free wifi in every corner of the mall" .. When "if and when" it even chooses to pop up as a wifi to choose, it doesn't work once you connect to it. Also, Kimmy is right. How many white box walls go up before the mall just closes all together? Lol
It is a shame you are open on Thanksgiving!:( your store employees deserve to spend that day with family.
Rent spaces $prices are too high
Love the mall but people do not buy from that stand in the middle of the mall that's sells those heating pads I think it's called heat and repeat BIG joke those heating pads are horrible I tried to return it and was treated so bad by the sales girl and they will not refund money just warning Christmas shoppers please don't waste your money!!! Other than that stand I love colony square mall
ok lets see... half the stores r closed. Their website doesnt work half the time and when u try to call the number they have listed for customer service all u get is a run around directory but no real people. try every option and all u get is the message replayed ! if you have a emergency and need to talk to a real person at the END of the directory message it sayd hit this number for emergency help... when u do it takes u back to the directory... i had a emergency about a missing person that was last seen being dropped off ... read more
