The property manager , Andrew , makes sure the property is clean and treat tenants with respect. Love this apartment community👍🏽
Living here isn’t horrible. The area is pretty nice. They have a small park behind the apartment. You can grill and chill. The rent isn’t crazy expensive the apartments on the inside are fairly nice. They do have a roach issue but the company that has taken over the apartment complex is currently working on trying to remedy the situation for everybody. I Don’t recommend staying here “Residents at Coopers Bend” The current property management doesn’t communicate at all. Paid for pest control monthly just to have them come twice out of the 2 1/2 years I’ve been staying there. the AC unit looks a bit old(leaks every month), and mold is everywhere. It is infested with roaches. Dishwasher never was used once since i moved here, Filter for my unit haven’t been changed in 2 years. No one ever answers the phone. Also they didn’t show up for the virtual showing meeting. I guess they don’t want tenants.
They never fix anything , the wall as are thin , never in the office to conduct business, how are you closed and it’s 11:14am you guys are open at 9 close at 5 ??? I’m lost
