I Don’t recommend staying here “Residents at Coopers Bend” The current property management doesn’t communicate at all. Paid for pest control monthly just to have them come twice out of the 2 1/2 years I’ve been staying there. the AC unit looks a bit old(leaks every month), and mold is everywhere. It is infested with roaches. Dishwasher never was used once since i moved here, Filter for my unit haven’t been changed in 2 years. No one ever answers the phone. Also they didn’t show up for the virtual showing meeting. I guess they don’t want tenants.
They never fix anything , the wall as are thin , never in the office to conduct business, how are you closed and it’s 11:14am you guys are open at 9 close at 5 ??? I’m lost
Malik really cares about his tenants and property.
Someone stole my package from my door it’s obvious that someone who lives in the building did it .I found the box in the trash can . The office can’t do anything about it when you spend 1000’s on a couch it’s not just a contact the company type thing . All of this on my first day
