I do not recommend staying at Coopers Bend. The current property management lacks communication and responsiveness. I paid for monthly pest control, yet they only came twice over the 2½ years I lived there. The AC unit appears outdated and leaked regularly. Mold was present throughout the unit, and the place was heavily infested with roaches.
