I am a little disappointed and frustrated. Medical staff ok so far but calling them several times with no success, only answering machine, left message to have them call me back and never had that call.
Luisa Tejedor, your sense of urgency to assist a patient with receiving a referral is lacking sensitivity and compassion. You work at a doctors office and your response to an untimely referral is “our system is down for 2 weeks”?! Outrageous Your unprofessionalism shows and you are definitely in the wrong line of work.
RecommendedVery Happy! Great Medical center...they draw blood and do ekgs right there Dr Zamora is excellent...easy to talk to. Very glad he got my referrals thru for cataract surgery yay! Colony Springs has their own complimentary drivers service which is great!
