This is my 3rd and last review on Colony roofing . I don’t know what happened to this company but it’s really turned to the worse . They put a beautiful roof on my house and I also wanted gutters which I asked the salesman Paul .. he said yes told me a price and 3 months later new roof ..NO gutters after I spoke with him 2xs BEFORE the roof was out on this is officially 1 year and numerous phone calls and nothing. Live in Middleburg Heights the entire roof gutters and downspouts were installed in a timely manner and professionally done all around between the gutters and the roof, exceptional clean up was spectacular. Very experienced crew and workers very organized and efficient. They made sure the job was done right the first time. Highly recommend they are local and been in business for 57 years
Had them come give me a price to repair my roof all they wanted was to replace the whole thing told me he would get back to me the next week never called back guessing he didn’t want the work
Paul was great to work with, very knowledgable and helped us as new homeowners by talking through different options and his recommendations. The were also able to squeeze us in during the winter season. All the workers that worked on the roof were nice, respectable and hard working. The process took two days and we are more than happy with the results, would highly recommend!
This is the second time I’ve had them come out to my house .. this time for a new roof . The first time I was more than pleased with some emergency repairs which they took care of rite away ! The day my roof was scheduled for replacement the crew came out on time and got rite to work, this crew was simply amazing, they had pride in there work , very polite and did WAY more than what they’re job was , including handling my deliveries of packages received while they were working , cleaning my yard front and back it was immacul... read more
