I am so happy with my roof on the garage in the house. There were a few challenges during this project. However, Paul, is a great guy and really knows how to deal with people. I would go back here in a minute because of Paul.
Can't say enough good things about Colony Roofing. I have used their services in the past and just had a full roof replacement. It looks great. Colony has completed several jobs for me as a 44130 and a 44113 resident. I met Paul (at least 3 times), he was passionate about my house and what it actually needed. Paul was professional and seemed to really care about the service/product they provide. No high-pressure sales job, just the facts. I like that from a company in today’s world. Colony did an outstanding job putting on a beautiful new roof and siding to our home. Everyone from Paul (sales) to the crew were courteous and did a wonderful job. So pleased with our “new” home. It looks so great!!
Horrible experience!!! Paul gave me an estimate , they came to my house WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, tore off my entire roof before calling me at work to tell me all the boards needed replaced and had no clue how much it would cost me! I had no idea they were even at my house beginning the work that day! The man I spoke with excuse was he had called me a bunch of times ( once ) and had not heard back so he just showed up!
