I rented a home on Hatteras Island from Colony Realty in a prime location. Overall it was a really great experience. Both Jaime and Julia do an awesome job making things easy for tenants to pay their monthly rent and request any maintenance - if issues arise. They provided me with very thorough communication throughout the process. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to rent something longterm on the Outer Banks.
I highly recommend to anyone looking for a longterm rental on the Outer Banks! Colony's Management staff is always reachable. They provide excellent communication and service. The home we rented was clean and well taken care of! The application process was easy and fuss free. The price of our rental was very reasonable for the area. We love living at the beach!
