We just moved in a year ago and we are so thankful we chose Colony Preserve as our place we call home! The neighborhood is family oriented and beautifully kept. Amazing place to raise a family!
My family has been living in Colony Preserve since 2005. Great family atmosphere and well kept property.
Colony Preserve is a great community with nice large homes and great people. The board does a great job of maintaining the community, planning for future expenses and spending HOA dues wisely. More recently we’ve had more neighborhood events (food trucks etc) which has been nice.
Great place to raise a family! Super friendly neighbors and safe for children to play outdoors. Fortunate and lucky to be a resident.
