Colony Plaza is so cozy and inviting! The view of the Elms is amazing 😍
Update : I've lived here for 5 years. We have a new Manager, Jennifer who has been our Assistant manager for several months. She is friendly and was excellent at her job already. We are lucky to have her. It's important for seniors and Disabled persons who have xtra challenges to feel comfortable and welcome in their apt. community. Our Activities Director retired. No one answers the phone and can't leave messages.... cause it's an absent message about Kelly not gonna be there from December and January....its February. I guess new tenants aren't welcome.
Bugs! Too many people!
If you have a car, I do not recommend you moving in here. They do not assign spaces, (the only place I’ve heard of that doesn’t do that). They make you get a reasonable accommodation, the manager Velma said to go see my doctor for that which I did, I present it to her, then she has the nerve to tell me she has to send forms to my doctor (which she failed to say anything about it beforehand).
