A Bureaucratic and inefficient HOA assumed to be high above community that ha elected the council to solve and facilitate Home owners instead hired Camcomgmt company to assist the council in day to day business. I feel pity to be part of such an HOA WHERE owners have to beg management company to solve their small problem
I wouldn't recommend. A lot of leaks, roofing issues, active growing mold. My car was broken into a couple months ago. Lots of suspicious activity going on.
Way too much to post. If I'm not mistaken, I got threatened by someone who claimed that they owned these? They called themselves "Esquire." I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
The only thing i can say about this place because i dont live here but my familt member does , and i went to a bridal shower thwy rented to my familt member ans that building was sooooooo nice and sooooo very clean and it woukd hold 45 to 50 people wirh no problem if you wanr to rent a super nice place wirh a very very nice ans clean kitchen nit ro mention bathrooms were super clean as well , thwn rhis place you should really look into
