Management at this location is awful. They changed companies years ago and the new one is impossible to contact if you have any problems. Especially if the problem isn't getting fixed by the manager staying here. The buildings have a lot of problems over the years and they'll go after you for the repair costs after you move, even for things out of your control and for things you aren't responsible for damaging. Stayed in this apartment for two years, I loved it. The place is affordable and it's worth the stay. Peaceful, good neighbors, close to downtown and amazing coffee shops. I liked the efficient management of the property as well. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for an apartment.
