I don't like writing this review but I don't feel like I have another option. I've lived here for 14 years. ODS Management took over in Spring 2022. It has been my experience that ODS Management does not adequately address tenant concerns and when one of their employees is behaving poorly they side with the employee at the expense of the tenants. Updated to add: The site manager told me on 1/15/26 that the "rumor mill" says I've been "tracking" a staff member's movements and that the "top" ODS people told her to tell me that if that's true then I need to stop because it "could constitute harassment." I am not harassing any ODS Management staff and after looking at the NY state laws on harassment I've concluded that there is no possible way ODS Management can claim I'm harassing anyone unless someone is lying about me. It's a pretty nice place to live overall. The apartment is smaller than the one I moved out of but it's also nicer and the upkeep is better. My main complaint is the kitchen. It's very small in my opinion. When I moved in my brother remarked that I "didn't have a kitchen but a closet with a stove in it." That statement is quite accurate. I love cooking and doing so in my kitchen can be a bit of a challenge. There's a handyman who mows the lawn, shovels the snow and does a lot of the upkeep on the apartments.
