I've lived here for over 14 years. Most of that time things were fine. ODS Management took over Colony Park in Spring 2022 and conditions have deteriorated since then. 1. This place is advertised as being smoke-free. That's only on paper. To my knowledge there are at least 15 tenants who are smokers and only a handful of them regularly go outside to smoke. The hallway of one building smells like a giant ashtray. No marijuana is permitted on this property but there are still tenants who smoke it in their apartments. 2. Some o... read more
