Updated on 7/8/26: We have a new maintenance guy. So far he's working out fine and I don't think there'll be problems with him like there were with the former maintenance guy. I'm changing my review to 3 stars and removing the parts of my review that talked about issues with the former maintenance guy. I've lived here for over 14 years. Most of that time things were fine. I've lived here for over 14 years. Most of that time things were fine. ODS Management took over Colony Park in Spring 2022 and conditions have deteriorated since then. 1. This place is advertised as being smoke-free. That's only on paper. To my knowledge there are at least 15 tenants who are smokers and only a handful of them regularly go outside to smoke. The hallway of one building smells like a giant ashtray. No marijuana is permitted on this property but there are still tenants who smoke it in their apartments. 2. Some o... read more
