I went into Colony Park looking for some information about renting an apartment. And saw Michele she is so patient and so nice! She took her time to explain everything to me and gave me a copy of sister locations that I can also look into. Thank you Michele for everything and being so polite and patient!

This community has great potential for 5 stars but falls short on simple, small things. Dog poop is everywhere due to the lack of poop stations—playgrounds, sidewalks, patios, you name it. Trash piles up disgustingly every weekend, and recycling is always a mess, making it feel pointless. Laundry room dryers are often broken (and still take your money). Staff is great, but these issues really drag the experience down.
