The staff here is absolutely amazing! Michelle & Lucy are so welcoming, sweet & caring. Michelle helped me throughout the entire process of getting my apartment. She was always attentive and on too of everything.
Management don't fix what need to be fixed. Roach infestation, poor communication. Upgrades are needed. This place has gone down a lot. Poor communication skills. Front desk lady instead of proper communication she's very argumentative, very unprofessional,nasty attitude.
Rent is cheap and the place is pretty spacious but they don't really do any updates inside your apartment.. I've been asking for carpet removal for the past few years they won't and some requests have been ignored.
I had an excellent experience with Michele. From the moment I reached out, she was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me. She answered all my questions clearly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find such quick responses and such a high level of professionalism these days! Michele is absolutely the BEST!
