This complex has a severe roach infestation. Roaches are constantly found inside the units, including bedrooms and sleeping areas, during both the day and night. The problem is unbearable, unsanitary, and clearly requires professional treatment of the entire property, not just occasional spraying. Trash also overflows from the only dumpster onto the sidewalk and road, and there are stray cats and dog waste around the property.
I am so happy with my decision to make Colony Park Apartments my home. A special thank you to Michelle in the leasing office for making the entire move-in process smooth, quick, and stress-free. From the very beginning, she was professional, helpful, and always available to answer my questions.
