I’ve lived here for over 5 years and They can do better and the rents a little high which for a trailer park is not good. They should put a place where kids could play so there not running around the streets running into cars.
Rent is a little high for the area. The trailer park needs to create an area for children to play, that way they aren't playing in the street.
The manager of the park is nothing more than a slumlord. Constantly getting vehicles towed and choosing certain residents to get several repairs done to trailers that have been there 20 years while there are several in worse condition. And they know they can't afford it. Honestly can't think of a worse human being and a worse place to live.
