If I could give Colony Park no stars, I would. The property is dirty, poorly maintained, and feels unsafe. The pond looks gross and almost chemical, there’s garbage all over, and for a place that prides itself on being “park-like,” it’s barely a park. The apartments are barely updated, the amenities are outdated and unkept, and people regularly come up asking for money—even while you’re in your car with your child or just walking to throw out garbage.
