Very good place lived here for 15 years, maintaining is good everything is the best I love it it was soo good yeah I love it so much yeah
There’s trash everywhere on the grounds with garbages overflowing for days. The pond is an awful chemical blue color with dead fish that surface around the edges and the grounds in the front of each apartment are not consistent. Some buildings are maintained with nice bushes and flowers - others have dead weeds/bushes. There’s a security cabin located at the front of the complex that remains unmanned and is for pure aesthetics. Update 9-24-2025: We had repairs done at our apartment 9/ 24/2025. John knocked on our door and let us know when to expect him. He was very professional and repaired our closet doors and replaced our bathroom faucet. We have lived at Colony Park for over 18yrs. We love our maintenance guys. Jim and lori Apt 171a Just wanted to write with the past blizzard we had the snow removal team was amazing. They made sure every area was shoveled , plowed and salted. Great move in experience! Cindy (office) was extremely patient, helpful, kind and ensured that all paperwork was processed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Staff is good and responds in a timely manner. John (maintenance) was knowledgeable, patient and ensured that I had an optimal living environment.
