Great move in experience! Cindy (office) was extremely patient, helpful, kind and ensured that all paperwork was processed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Staff is good and responds in a timely manner. John (maintenance) was knowledgeable, patient and ensured that I had an optimal living environment.
Current resident and it’s definitely a nice small community that we have…everyone is accommodating and nice. Also have nice community events.
Brian and Frank did an excellent job fixing under the sink as well as having great customer service.
Our ac unit went out today, but Joe and Ryan came to the rescue! They had the old one out and replaced within an hour of us calling the maintenance number! Colony Park truly has the best maintenance staff! They are always ready to help and fix things with a smile and a good attitude! Thanks again Joe and Ryan! :)
