This place is fine. lots of families with little kids. Maintenance can be an issue at times. easy fixes are no problem. there's been a leak in the bathroom from the upstairs neighbor. we've done three maintenance requests and 3 times they've only patched the ceiling. I'm not sure they even looked into the problem. We've also complained that a "more premium" apartment advertised for move-in was cheaper than ours but nothing was done about it.
No troubles my maintenance issue fixed in minutes. Excellent job
