A very comfortable atmosphere, so nicely decorated, and exceptionally clean. Lynn (the owner) took the time to show me to the room, and explain all that needed explaining. Very happy I decided to stop in......
We stopped in to see if there were rooms and we arrived just as Lynn had a minor accident. After getting things settled her focus was only on helping to get us settled in. A great place with great people. I have posted on my site so our friends will check them out. Hope to stay there again when we head north on another adventure.
lovely and super clean old fashioned room, quiet, friendly, and definitely that 'will return again' feeling - the owner check--in lady was a joy to talk to as she personally walked us to our room and gave a quick tour of the amenities and directions to a nearby eatery - The Eagles Nest - where (regardless of some negative reviews on it's website) we got two down-home lobster rolls with fries, and slaw that were unstinting on both flavour and on filling us up and leaving us once again with that 'return again' feeling of conte... read more
This was one of the nicest and most welcoming motels we have ever stayed at. Lynn was awesome and so helpful, and we loved the "cat decorated room " we had ! It was so homey. We will definately stay there again if we are up that way ! Try it , you won't be disappointed !
