New owner is great.... I see significant improvements almost overnight. Chris has all the skills that this family business has lacked the last few years
The new owners are great people. They are always around and really go the extra mile to take care of you. I have food allergies and they brought in turkey burgers for me. The other day they realized they hadn’t stocked back up and went to the store just to get me the food I wanted. I would recommend this alley to anyone and everyone
Nice people great atmosphere...AJ was very polite and prompt and when not busy talked to us about our Pokemon game
This alley could use some work. The lanes were in ok condition but the interior was very dated. Everything needs updated. The property is up for sale and hopefully a new buyer would infuse some $$ and possibly expand the place to include other activities to bring in more customers.
Intertwine Youth Ministry (a joint youth ministry between William Street United Methodist Church and Terra Nova Community Church) had great fun at Delaware Lanes yesterday! The staff was attentive and willing to help out with all of our needs: adding bumpers on one lane for our group, retrieving a ball that kept getting stuck in the ball return, preparing and serving good food, swapping out shoes for a different size, etc. It is quite likely that we'll be back in the future! Thanks for the fun afternoon!
Facilities - were ok not good or bad, perhaps a bit dated but quite functional. Staff- entitlement attitude, unfriendly and rude. Made it very uncomfortable during my time there.
