RecommendedIt is so beautiful entering from Clyde Morris. There are many activities normally. The pool and outdoor areas are outstanding.
Great retirement community!
We moved here just about a year ago and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful park and very well kept. The amenities are fabulous and there is always something to do with all the activities offered. We have made lots of new friends in just the short time we’ve been here. Everyone is very friendly! We also love the location and how we are so close to everything. It’s very convenient. We look forward to being here for many years to come!😊 The Cronins 53 Maple

The best mobile home community in central FL. We looked at 25 other parks before deciding on this one and we are so glad we did. Now that Sun has taken over we have seen numerous improvements and we will remain here for the remainder of our lives.
I love living here. Unfortunately we are moving to Delaware due to a family issue. If we ever come back to Florida, we will definitely live here again.☺
We have been here for over 5 years now. We have enjoyed every day of it. It is a fabulous colony and wouldn't want to leave. The management team is first rate in our eyes. Thank you Colony in the wood.
