I moved out and completed a final walk thru on April 30. I was sent a certified letter with a break down on what I would be receiving from my security deposit. It is now Middle of June and I keep getting the run around. I even contacted the corporate office. No luck. The entire experience leasing at Colony House has been a nightmare from start to finish. It used to be nice under the old owners/ management. They had a team of about six people doing maintenance. The new owners/ maintenance/office management are nowhere near with the old one was. There's a lady that works hard doing maintenance but I never see anybody else doing much of anything. Grass is dying, & grounds are not being very well taken care of. They've allowed dogs, which means a lot of droppings on property as there are some less than decent people who are not picking up after them. There are some very foul mou... read more
