i would not call 45,000 a year low income. I dont know what Demanda was talking about but if you make \$50,000 or more a year you need to buy a house unless you are a drug addict or handicapped.

Ive lived here for 8 months now, and I love it. The staff can be a little slow at times, but when it comes to the large spaces of the apts, you cant beat it. If you have an issue of any sort, they try to accomodate you best they can, though at times it may be slightly difficult to contact them. All in all, you cant beat the space. 2br/2ba with 1250 sqft and only \$695...the just cant beat it...Downside...low income housing...so tenants cant make more than \$50,000 and live there...
