I have lived here three months and so far I love it.
I never leave reviews usually but feel the need to about this situation. I’ve only lived here going on 7 months now and have NEVER seen this amount of roaches in my life and I’ve lived in a section 8 type of housing development as a kid before. Somehow they seem to be getting bigger and bigger which blows my mind. We have contacted the office a plethora of times and they seem to never fix the problem. Whether it be sending out the pest control or having their maintenance crew come spray whatever down the drains nothing works... read more
We’ve called Colony House home for 3 years now! It’s such a quiet well kept complex! Management and maintenance is always responsive and the communication is top tier! They are always doing fun stuff for the kids, pets and families!
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I can’t because of the ROACH PROBLEM!!!!!! The amenities are wonderful and the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It is in a great location and the office staff is truly helpful and informative. But nothing could be done about the roach problem. They would come biweekly to spray and offered to bomb the place but that wouldn’t fix the issue at hand. You know what the Colony house used to be a good place to live now you have neighbors guess be parking in front of your door smoking marijuana talking loud why you have your grandkid’s at your apartment in the bed sleeping and your neighbors guess is keeping up a lot of noise. But in the lease, say your guest suppose to park in front of the rent office or in front of the pool that’s what the lease say but no you have your neighbors with lot guess coming over at night parking there vehicles in front of your apartment and,I do... read more
