Olivia is very professional and very knowledgeable. She explained everything perfectly and helped us with everything that we needed, all the questions that we had. she took the time to show me each apartment and the sizes which was very appreciated. 10 out of 10 experience definitely request her.
People over here like to steal packages off your porch! But other than that I guess it’s a great place to live.
On top of dealing with a medical crisis. Them not having the right office hours posted. And lack of empathy. They are charging me $200 late rent fee, because supposedly they were open on Saturday the 5th but failed to check the after hours rent drop box before closing on Saturday. Then I was refused a corporate number to speak to someone about the said issue. Mind you I pay over $2000 rent, NEVER been late. The lights on the property don't work at night.
