I moved in beginning of year. I have been having roache problems and bug problems ever since. I live down stairs. I took pictures. I called Ally the manager about this. She stated over the phone when I explained to her about it was water bugs. They are not water bugs I saved and took pictures showed the. exterminator he said they were indeed roaches. Maintenance and management have always been amazing! If ever there was an issue, they were quick to respond and address the problem head on. Management was always communicative And seemed to do right by their residence. I appreciate that in an on-site team when choosing a place to live.
Highly recommend Colony House! Beautiful, spacious townhomes in Murfreesboro! I love the pool, dog park, and the new dog spa! The maintenance and office team take such great care of the community.
