I have evidence that the homeowners association inspector racially discriminates against individuals living within this community. Not once for years has Colony Bend addressed deed violations on Colony Dr. She only backed off from my property after being sent a cutthroat letter from a lawyer regarding race-based profiling when this inspector attempted to profit off of falsely accusing my property of illegally operating a business within my home.
The trainers and crews are very cool and friendly but water was not clean at all, lot of leaves and bugs around. No warm shower and changing room.
