Put down over $2000 dollars to move in. Was told we owe nothing then my credit report drop significantly. I NEVER received a letter or notice to me to inform me of this. Despite having my phone number AND current address I NEVER received anything. This place was such bad shape. Cabinet doors falling off, doors didn't shut or lock right etc. They are a rip off and you never see your deposit. Manager is a liar and the owners are awful. Very quiet here
Ground level apartments are dark -- few windows which are shaded by trees and upper level patios. Kitchen has not been updated since the 1960's -- old cabinets, old sinks, not enough outlets. Rent increase of $20 per month with each lease renewal. Not worth the money.
