I want people to be completely informed before they consider buying from Colony. I can certainly say I would not recommend this builder. This is going to be a long review, but highly informative. The location of this community is amazing. 1/2 mile from pretty much everything you need. Plus, the homes are nice and aren't crazy expensive. Highly recommend.
