Thanks to Colony and Craft for getting us to closing yesterday. I was looking for a very specific type of property and advised Bradley of my needs. A property came available that fit my parameters and within 3 hours of the property hitting the market Bradley had my offer submitted allowing us to beat out other offers. Needless to say, finding that level of service is very difficult. I would highly recommend Bradley and his Colony and Craft Team and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Bradley is seriously one of the best agents you'll find in Charleston. Most agents just want to get the deal done regardless of the terms or how it affects their clients. Bradley puts his clients' best interests first and I promise you that this will be blatantly obvious as soon as you talk to him.
