Tammy was absolutely terrible and screamed at an elderly customer.
TERRIBLE experience. I rarely leave reviews, but I’m posting this in hopes it saves others from the stress and disrespect I experienced here—specifically from an employee named Tammy. When I dropped off my winter coat while visiting my parents for the holidays, I first witnessed Tammy yelling at an elderly man (around his 70s). He was calm, polite, and clearly upset.
