My therapist for EMDR was transparent and supportive. My biggest complaint is the larger Colony Care company. Firstly, they do not cater to those who are harmed by poverty (aka they do not accept MassHealth/Medicaid). Secondly, THEY LOST ALL MY RECORDS AND PATIENT HISTORY! I was a patient back in 2022 - 4 years later (seeking more EMDR for my PTSD) they had zero information from my previous 8 months of therapy. I will know better next time to protect myself by asking for physical record of my patient history.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I found this location through my insurance and was paired with Kaysie Elg. The only way to try and schedule an appointment is by sending a request online. There's no way to connect to anyone in that office by phone. If you try to call, you immediately get sent to leave a voicemail, which they don't ever return.
