Never enough staff. No one to substitute, Poor attitude, basically “tough” we don’t have anyone! For 3 years.
The worst of the worst. Poor quality of services. Supervisors are for employees, not for the elderly. Lack of ethics and professionalism. Negligent. I don't know how DPH kept them open being so negligent. Employees never finish 1 week of work, meaning the consumer does not receive services.
Worked with Kathy and she coordinated services for my grandmother and she was such a pleasure to work with and communicated professionally.
