Not very pleased with anything here. Bugs come out of the air conditioning, very outdated, dirty, only have months left can't wait to leave. Rude neighbors and staff. No one answeres phone. They give you the wrong maintenance number so when something needs fixed you can't. Dirty and I mean DIRTY hallways and stairwells. Have been followed by creepy neighbors many times. Don't feel safe. Prices are ok. Lived here a year but suddenly pets are not allowed and despite being listed as an amenity twice the indoor pool remains closed even though it looks full and well maintained.
I moved from River Pointe Townhomes and compared to that dump, Colony Bay is paradise!! And the prices are $200.00 less with a ton more amenities. And you are close to lots of stores and restaurants! The maintenance team is awesome!! Always do good, solid work! My neighbors are quite and nice. And I love having a patio!!!
