****QUESTION**** Can someone tell me their experience/opinion of the 701 building vs the 401 building when it comes to the noise and congestion of the common areas like the pool, BBQ area, chlorine smell? etc How about the parking for 701? How does everyone feel about safety if one comes home at night from work? I am a possible move-in and I love the community.
Hi been here a little over 2yrs now and I must say I enjoy it , and also having Chad makes it a lot better any issues I have he always responds on the same day and fix the issues .

The maintenance is great, knows what they are doing, does it in a timely manor, answers questions, and very friendly
Maintenance staff is very professional and always manages to get it fixed same day and at the same time!
