I loved this apartment a year ago. The staff is still very friendly and welcoming, however things have changed with the new management company. Several cars were broken into and the calls for cameras are not being heard. The entrance gate has been wrecked since the hurricane and nothing has been done to clean the unsightly mess. There is at least one huge pothole in the parking lot and another big bump that has not been fixed. Now the rents are being raised over 17 percent but things aren’t being maintained…
Pictures are worth a thousand words or are they? When I checked this place out online I thought I had hit the jackpot on a new place to call my home. I trusted the reviews and moved here without seeing the apartment in person. It was exactly as pictured. When I moved here, there used to be someone from the staff that lived here.
