The Colony at South Park Apartments The End
I have some friends that live here. Nice place, plenty of parking. Not sure how much rent is but it's got nice appartments. The grounds are always well maintained. If I was looking for a place to rent, I would check it out.
****QUESTION**** Can someone tell me their experience/opinion of the 701 building vs the 401 building when it comes to the noise and congestion of the common areas like the pool, BBQ area, chlorine smell? etc How about the parking for 701? How does everyone feel about safety if one comes home at night from work? I am a possible move-in and I love the community.
Hi been here a little over 2yrs now and I must say I enjoy it , and also having Chad makes it a lot better any issues I have he always responds on the same day and fix the issues .
