Beware of renting 300B. Ive been here over a year and 2 people have moved out of there. The next door neighbor is very obnoxious and let's out loud outbursts at all hours of the night. I have complained several times to the management about her, but they do nothing. I live above her and have had several wakeups in the middle of the night with her yelling. It sounds like she's yelling at someone but she lives alone and she let's stray cats into her apt. I think she is yelling at a cat. I hate to see someone else move in there... read more
I loved this apartment a year ago. The staff is still very friendly and welcoming, however things have changed with the new management company. Several cars were broken into and the calls for cameras are not being heard. The entrance gate has been wrecked since the hurricane and nothing has been done to clean the unsightly mess. There is at least one huge pothole in the parking lot and another big bump that has not been fixed. Now the rents are being raised over 17 percent but things aren’t being maintained… I would like to ... read more
Do not live here. The place is not clean and they do not seem to have any urgency to take care of it. The trash compactor is always overflowing leading to trash piling up in front of it. This is right by the main entrance that everyone sees and it smells horrible. The dog waste bins around the property, particularly right behind the pool, are rarely taken out causing poop bags to be placed on top of and all around the trash can. Also smells bad. I can’t say enough about Kay she is one of the staff members At The Colony. She was so helpful to me and Very knowledgeable. she’s very easy to talk to. Can’t say enough.
