My wife and I originally moved here to The Colony for a temporary roof over our heads while we were waiting for our new home to be completed in Newport Coast. We have lived here for quite a while and continue to love calling it home. This community is especially well suited to older adults who want a peaceful, established environment and genuinely enjoy getting to know their neighbors. It has a strong sense of community that makes living here special. The community events are wonderful and create so many opportunities to meet neighbors and feel connected. As much as the Colony has its opportunities, I want to acknowledge the maintenance technicians Edwin & Edgar. They are the real superstars. Always professional, friendly and courteous. They are helpful, respectful of my home and genuinely do their best to address any issues when they come by. This place is probably top of the Irvine apartment apartments And also Edgar and Danny always show fantastic management/superintendent, going out of their to help us. Also Kenia is a gem. They are all so nice. Had our son here and planning for our second here as well, love being here.
I am just moving into the Colony in Newport Beach and so far it has been a great experiance. I had an issue when I was moving in and the team in the resident office resolved it promptly and professionally. Other residents are all extremely friendly and am loving being so close to work. I cannot wait to continue spending time in this great community.
