Rude to delivery drivers
worst place to do deliveries to, … they expect you to park outside and carry heavy, heavy packages to go deliver to residences apartments, especially when they don’t even provide direction signs that point you which way to deliver to! … and now drivers are forced to leave packages down inside of the garage next to the elevator next to the bottom of the stairs, which it makes it worse for the residences to get their packages!
The Colony Fashion Island I’m a new resident here at The Colony. I absolutely love it! The grounds are maintained impeccably. The maintenance crew is friendly and responsive. I have lived at The Colony now for 5 years and has been a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful and Kenia always goes above and beyond to help me if anything is needed. She is such a pleasure to speak with! They make you feel right at home.
