The Colony Fashion Island I’m a new resident here at The Colony. I absolutely love it! The grounds are maintained impeccably. The maintenance crew is friendly and responsive. I have lived at The Colony now for 5 years and has been a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful and Kenia always goes above and beyond to help me if anything is needed. She is such a pleasure to speak with! They make you feel right at home.
I’ve lived at Colony Apartments for couple of years and had a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Management is professional and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The leasing staff are friendly and helpful, and the amenities—especially gym/pool/common areas are always well kept. Overall, it feels safe, peaceful, and comfortable to live here.
I love living at The Colony at Fashion Island. The staff is amazing, especially Edgar the service technician who is helpful and professional. He assisted me with a stove repair in a timely manner. Can’t say enough wonderful things about The Colony!
