I have lived at The Colony now for 5 years and has been a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful and Kenia always goes above and beyond to help me if anything is needed. She is such a pleasure to speak with! They make you feel right at home.
I love living at The Colony at Fashion Island. The staff is amazing, especially Edgar the service technician who is helpful and professional. He assisted me with a stove repair in a timely manner. Can’t say enough wonderful things about The Colony!
This is a great complex to live at. It's always well maintained, quiet, and beautiful. The staff at the Colony is great. Maintenance issues are fixed quickly and the office staff is always so sweet. Kenia is always the kindest individual. Living here the past 2 years has been lovely.
Moved in a few months ago and love living at The Colony, it’s like living at a resort. The neighbors are very kind and friendly. The management team, especially Kenia, go above and beyond. Whether it’s a simple question as a new resident, a maintenance request, or planning social events for the residents,their professionalism and warm attitude make this feel like home. Fiesta!! Last Thursday, August 31st, was a great Fiesta party here at the Colony! Very tasty food and a mariachi band too. It was really fun and we totally enjoyed the party. Kudos to the terrific Colony staff for all their hard work.
