The night mare that won’t go away. Because they can’t keep owners, they get your file wrong. Which can cause you not to be able to close on a home. No one is ever in the office. They don’t answer the phone. Their voicemail is full. They don’t care about their residents. Their billing company can’t even get a hold of them. I am now being billed for months after my notice. And no one is there to help me. This place will suck all of your free time because they don’t know how to run their business.
My 1 year old son & i are currently sweating like pigs because this apartment isnt equipped to handle emergencies. you better hope your emergency happens on a weekday ( you still wont get help til 2 days later) or you are out of luck! This place is falling apart & they act like its your fault. WORSE APARTMENT EVER!!!!!!!
I'm disgraced to say I live in these apartments. Since before everything with covid I've been telling management to fix the issues in my apartment. The sink cabinets are falling apart. My sink has been leaking for months. My main restrooms sink doesn't drain water and they say they are great management. I've never paid my rent late. it's been 2 years since the pool hasn't been open. I'm glad to hear other people get their issues fixed but me on the other hand I'm having to wash my kitchen dishes in the bathtub. Do you call t... read more

I love it here!! It is pet friendly and if I ever have a problem they are always there to help. The new manager Jasmine Romos is Awesome

They can’t fix anything in a timely manner. They don’t return phone calls. False advertising! Relax in the swimming pool. Kind of hard to when the pool still hasn’t opened and it’s mid June and have no idea when it will be opened. The leasing office is never opened here at The Colony.
