DONT EVER MOVE HERE!!! This place is nasty and run down and somehow infested with roaches and ants. No matter how much i cleaned and sprayed poison they still found their way in through the holes under the sink and the cabinets. These places are not kept up at all. When you call maintenace they take their sweet time getting to you. God forbid anything has to be replaced cause thats an extra 3 days you have to wait to be approved for maintenace. terrible, the apartment next door had 6 foot speakers against my wall and it was so loud that I had to yell during my conversations. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors toliet flushing. Maintenence is very very nice. There were some kitty cats living in the wall, they came in through the outside vent. One died and it stank up my whole apartment. Maintenence came over very quick and fixed the whole thing and took the baby kitty cats out.
I lived at the colony for a year. It was awful!! to be honnestly the whole place has terrible upkeep. they are quick to take ur money but will work when they want. you should only move here if you have no other choice. the apartments are bad. they are held together by glue and tape. when we moved in bars and cabinets were held together by duck tape.
I honestly feel they are incompenant and dont know how to deal with tenant issues. They were quick to move me in and take my cash but are extremely poor on getting your bills on time. They way they want to be paid on time and have employees to pay and great issues to fix in the complex we would appreciate our correct bills when said to be sent. I really dispise this old loathful complex and really want to break my lease but dont feel I should pay any more than I already do. Please look into a more up to date complex before m... read more
