The staff is absolutely amazing.Courteous and polite they bent over backwards to get me my girlfriend and her son in the apartment complex.We're in a three bedroom, two bath, extremely spacious, clean new carpet, new paint.The maintenance is on point.Very quiet.Area.And close to shopping and restaurants very centrally located,this is a great place to call home.
It was not a very sufficient property. And small. The dining room is impractical with carpet 🙄
My time at the Colony apartments is one of the best I have ever had, I feel like I am home, not just renting a place, while someday I hope to buy a house of my own, the colony apartments are a wonderful place to live. It's peaceful, the breeze where I am at is perfect. And of course we can't forget the staff. They have been very kind, understanding, and very helpful. Absolutely 10/10 staff, I would absolutely recommend people come to live here.
