Say Goodbye to your ENTIRE security deposit... AND was charged to repaint the walls after 1 yr of rent! Two professionals, renting a 3000sq ft home, didn't so much as touch the walls, spent DAYS cleaning this place spotlessly before we moved, touched up any possible scratches with the ORIGINAL inside paint. Not only did they say they "needed to rent a cleaner" but they charged us $1100 to "repaint the inside of house!!" We left this home spotless and were charged over $2300 for "mis-matched" paint that was from the previous renter! Colony/Waypoint repainted the entire interior of the home after we moved including the ceiling and trim and charged us for it all! We also had to make multiple calls for any maintenance to be done.
