I requested a showing for apartments on Van Aken Blvd. Upon meeting the showing agent Kathern I asked did the real estate company she works for own all of the apartments on the Van Aken strip because I was interested in viewing the other apartment communities? Kathern informed me the company did own all of the apartment buildings on the left and right side of Van Aken Blvd. and they did not have any vacancies on the upper Lee Rd. area by Van Aken and Warrensville Center Rd.
