The plus side is that the rent was highly affordable. I was able to make the best of living here. But sometimes you get what you pay for. There are deep holes and cracks on the ground everywhere...at the entrance of the apartment and in front of some of the parking spots, so you cannot avoid driving into the hole. When I first moved in, after a week, a roach infestation started, and I am very careful about cleanliness. The office said they don't offer bug spraying services.
