I stayed at the properties managed by maroon and white realty. The apartments are old, but very affordable, you get what you pay for and sometimes more. You will experience lots of common issues related with old apartments/appliances but maintenance through maroon and white was quick and they fixed all my issues. The property is fairly quiet, you won’t be disturbed by noise in other units. The plus side is that the rent was highly affordable. I was able to make the best of living here. But sometimes you get what you pay for. There are deep holes and cracks on the ground everywhere...at the entrance of the apartment and in front of some of the parking spots, so you cannot avoid driving into the hole. When I first moved in, after a week, a roach infestation started, and I am very careful about cleanliness. The office said they don't offer bug spraying services. So, I spent about $125 every few months to get an o... read more
