I live in the neighborhood outside the shipyard. And these people are the most inconsiderate drivers that ignore right of ways, they throw trash, they drive through the neighborhood like there are no children playing. And when they cut you off, they get mad, because you honk at them. Specifically, this one lady that owns a orange Jeep Wrangler with a ton of ducks on the windshield.
