RecommendedSo I mostly eat gluten free — for my thyroid disease (I don’t have celiac disease). I want to share that we picked up pizza from the local Colonna’s tonight and they have a gf pizza crust and it was SO DELICIOUS!!! My family kept trying to eat “my” gf pizza and not their regular pizza bc it was so yummy!! You could not tell the difference at all until you got to the thick crust part and THEN ... I decided to try it with honey like Beau Jo’s style and it was AMAZING!!

My wife is lactose intolerant. Tonight we ordered her a calzone with NO cheese and added Canadian Bacon ($0.75) and extra marinara ($0.50) for pick up. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked if they were sure it had no cheese. They told me it did not. When I got home, we determined that it had cheese and did NOT have either the Canadian Bacon or marinara I paid for. When I called, I was told we would have a credit for a calzone in the future. I'm from Boston and my taste for wicked good pizza is why this pie is top 2 in Denver I've tried and I've tried well over 30 places !! Excellent cheese grease ratio fresh crust and northeast style sauce. I drive 21 miles for it!!
