Attended this clinic for an emergency appointment on a public holiday for a cracked tooth. Cudos for the appointment availability and the thorough investigation. However the clinic has since been closed during advertised opening hours and despite filing a patient document request, they conveniently left out the one image acquired that demonstrated the crack, which was very small.
