***In response to Colonnade, that's not true. I first noticed the chains up on October 29. I went to talk to our super right away and he told me you wouldn't remove one. I then posted on the condo's Facebook group and one of the residents said she had both gone in person and written to you and as of the next day, you'd not responded. (29 Robinson Ave) By far the worst property managers I've ever dealt with. They refuse to do any maintenance repairs - my dryer had an issue and was never fixed for the last 5 months of my tenancy. They will also charge a $500+ cleaning fee even if you clean to the standards of the RTA. That is their goodbye gift.
We enjoy an amazing business partnership with Colonnade - professional and responsive - would highly recommend.
