I usually stay away from writing negative reviews because I understand how much a bad review can impact a business. However, my experience with the management at Colonnade has been beyond frustrating. My roommate and I were both looking for an apartment near the Riverside area; something quiet and SAFE since we were two females living alone. Unresponsive managers, weeks without updates or replies to requests, repairs take forever, leasing and community managers gatekeep assistance and ignore paying tenants. Any time they are asked for clarification or reference on policies they give conflicting info or say to wait for the manager who never responds? Is this discrimination or just really bad service. They may be paying for positive reviews so beware and rent anywhere that isn’t managed by Greystar.
Have had such a great experience living here. Only complaint I have is parking. It’s very overcrowded with cars and not enough parking spaces.

I initially reviewed here frustrated with my process of moving out but management was prompt in responding to my concerns , validating my experience and finding a solution. I am very satisfied with their customer service and will update this review once it’s fully resolved.
