The service and treatment received since new ownership and management took over is what people living in slumlord tenement dwellings would expect. Since they've taken over about 3 years ago, at the most only 2 of the 3 elevators have worked. We've now had to suffer through the use of only one for over 3 months. This, in a building with 21 floors, minus the 1st and 3rd floors and a penthouse level with approximately 12 apartments each, so imagine the inconvenience to the tenants.
