The service and treatment received since new ownership and management took over is what people living in slumlord tenement dwellings would expect. Since they've taken over about 3 years ago, at the most only 2 of the 3 elevators have worked. We've now had to suffer through the use of only one for over 3 months. This, in a building with 21 floors, minus the 1st and 3rd floors and a penthouse level with approximately 12 apartments each, so imagine the inconvenience to the tenants. its honestly one of the most dirtiest places in Jersey. U might as well live on a park bench at least there won’t be 23,000 bed bugs eating u alive 🤷🏾♀️

Only two of the three elevators work in the 51 Clifton building and when maintenance is working only one works which is ridiculous and it’s been this way for MONTHS. Do expect to wait 15 minutes to take the elevator.
