Just moved here a few weeks ago and it was a nerve-wracking experience. However, the office staff made things a breeze! As far as maintenance goes, Carlos and Jose always do a great job. Other workers seem to come and go a lot. The community, nestled along Rock Creek Trail, is clean, beautiful, and quiet. Hi, I have been living at the Colonnade Townhomes for ten years and I love the experience. The Front Office team is amazing, as is the Home Technicians that keep everything in great shape on the property and in our home. Beautiful location along Rock Creek Trail with great walks and an abundance of wildlife to see at every step. This place is just ok but for the price you can find better. Somehow I am getting charged way more for my rent than what they are now leasing my same apartment at. My neighbors are extremely loud and I can hear their music through the walls all day. But to my neighbors credit the walls are just very thin. I can hear my one neighbor talking on the phone very clearly and she's just speaking at a normal volume. Pros: Lived here for half a year. Everyone was great, facilities were clean and well maintained. Maintenance was always quick. Cait is awesome. Cons: There is a lack of guest parking but that's standard for apartments in the area. The gym was a little sparse. The free weights only go up to 35. These are minor nitpicks. Overall the place is fantastic
