The colonnade townhomes is one of the best property manager teams I have ever experienced. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have gone out their way to help me on multiple occasions. The maintenance team is very quick and responsive. The home itself is really nice and well kept. Community is great and location is perfect. Definitely recommend!
Lived here for a little over 2 years. Having a garage was a big plus for us moving here. After two years management improved to have more community events which was nice! Maintenance was good at responding timely. It’s overall a 3 star because parking was always a hassle and headache when we wanted guests/family over. If you don’t plan to have much visitors then this wouldn’t be a problem for you. Just moved here a few weeks ago and it was a nerve-wracking experience. However, the office staff made things a breeze! As far as maintenance goes, Carlos and Jose always do a great job. Other workers seem to come and go a lot. The community, nestled along Rock Creek Trail, is clean, beautiful, and quiet. Update- one year in and still LOVE our townhome and the people who keep this place looking great! Hi, I have been living at the Colonnade Townhomes for ten years and I love the experience. The Front Office team is amazing, as is the Home Technicians that keep everything in great shape on the property and in our home. Beautiful location along Rock Creek Trail with great walks and an abundance of wildlife to see at every step.
