Both Joe and Cade were endlessly helpful during our move in! They definitely made my experience easy and painless. If you're on the fence, this community is mostly quiet and tucked away. It's very nice, and I recommend this place if you're also a quiet, mindful individual looking for like-minded neighbors!
Soon after I moved here, I posted a 5 star review, stating that the grounds and amenities were nice, there were fun activities for residents, it was super pet friendly, and management was kind, professional and responsive. Houses are good. Staff is very friendly. Leasing office organizing events and food carts once in a week
I’ve moved into many apartments and townhouses over the years. But this experience was truly amazing even in times of Covid. Mihail was super nice and worked really hard to get me through the application process. The people at the colonnade are customer oriented. From application to move and everything was so pleasant.
