Seems to come in waves around here - it was getting better, now not so much. Sprinklers are always broken & lawn looks like heck. They were recently readjusted & now the apartment windows are being sprayed, not the grass. The parking lot fills up with water every night from all the broken sprinklers spewing H2O... This in turn runs our H2O bills up. Gates works about 25% of the time if that & there's ALWAYS piles of garbage stacked up, around, and on the dumpsters.
