Did a really good job! The colonies has really Good maintenance workers. Especially the younger dude. He’s a really kind dude and he’s very good at what he does. He’s fixed any issue I’ve had in my apartment. Replaced the hot water heater the same day. He’s very knowledgeable.
Always quick to fix any problems!
I do not know what was done regarding the grit coming out of the pipes and the hot water heater. Also the threshold has not been addressed.
