I was happy with staff and doctor Phillips Bowden Gastrointestinal.....show me kindness and patience...I give them a A+
My last time going here was last year (thought I posted a review). I have been attending since pre-covid. My after covid experience wasn’t great or even good. It was horrible. The staff was friendly, however the colonic process and attention to what I needed was void. When the process started, I noticed that something wasn’t right. The water wasn’t flowing properly, so I called for the lady to come and assist and she did. But, nothing changed. So I waited a while, then called back. No one came. I waited….I called again. My experience was great I went for the colon hydrotherapy..the spa was very clean and peaceful. The staff was very pleasant I would highly recommend..I will definitely be returning
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!! Today was my first time here. Front receptionist was very nice, the staff was loud and unprofessional. Once my hour was up got up cleaned up and then walked towards exit door and stopped at checkout to make sure i was good to go and spoke to the checkout lady and she acted like she didn’t want to speak to me RUDE! i will never return or recommend anyone to come here, such a waste of time!
