I sent my fiancée to Colonial Volkswagen in Westborough on Monday 8/17 for a Massachusetts inspection. She arrived at 7:20 AM and was first in line. A routine inspection that should take 15–20 minutes took over an hour. She was then told her front license plate needed a bracket and was quoted approximately $250 for the parts and installation.
