Bill is the best. He’s attentive, caring, speaking using language I can understand, and helps make decisions.
I scheduled for recall and to replace broken suspension coil. They charged and next day i came to know they didn't replace the suspension coil. I called them and they said the charge was for assessment not replacement of coil. I already had this assessment done, i clearly told them which side coil is broken, what sense it makes for me to re assess the same thing and pay for it, i was there for repair. Common honda find other ways to charge money, this is not right way !!!!!!
