Constant hot water issues, water off much of the time, with low water pressure. Works on this without any help to residents for relocation while no water. Have had days without water. Other residents have to find weeks worth of no access to their appartment. Plastic plants blow all over several blocks. Pool has not had service for several months since my residency.
